1. Found a veil i love on the internet. My question has to do with the amount of "pouf" and 
    the number of layers. The headpiece is a headband that matches my dress, with tulle 
    cascading from the headband down to my waste?

    If you like a lot of pouf than have a lot. There is no rule how much lace, beads, chiffon a bride should, 
    or should not have. The important thing is that you are happy with it and feel comfortable.



2. I plan on making my own veil, how do i attach the tulle to the comb? should i use hot glue?

    I would not suggest you to use a hot glue gun, just sew the veil to the comb. Or you can experiment 
    with a sample piece of veil and tulle to be sure the hot glue won't harm it.
